Habits are like movies: they require practice.
this is how you create a new good habit:
1) Identify the specific desired outcome.
2) Identify the easy-to-do behaviors—the “tiny habits”—that will put you on the path to that goal.
3) Find a trigger—something that's already done as a habit—and graft the new habit onto it.
Pretty straight forward.
This is a daily reminder that YOU, too, can be the master of your mind.
