Millennials are Old

Millennials are Old

1980 to 1995. That's the year we were born.

We experienced the first days of the commercial Internet, the transition from VHS to DVD, and witnessed 9/11 as a young teen. We share a cultural map. And we're old.

Even the youngest millennial is today 23. That's the oldest age of a young person

Now there's a generation below us, Generation Z. They experienced the first days of the commercial smart-phone, and they witnessed Trump's election as a young teen — 9/11 is in the foggy past; and they also share a cultural map... One not our own.

But it's all good because who cares really? There really is a circle to life, and they'll be us, and we'll be older, and they'll be older, and a new generation rises, and so on forever & ever.

I believe the key (observed from my favorite cool people) is to: Be open to try new things — Always learn from teens — And as you age, become more radical.
